Sho brand wanted to pop-up to launch their city street shoe. Creative CNTRL worked with the space licensor to manage and consult the brand. Our scope included:

  • Acting as the liaison between the brand and the space licensor, and consulting on the activation’s design and logistics based on the space’s limitations
  •  Inspecting the raw storefront (electrics, wi-fi, cleaning and walls) and managing contractors to prepare for the brand’s move-in based on their operational needs
