Kimberly-Clark wanted to create the world’s first physical store dedicated to periods, and Creative CNTRL joined The Period Shop as their retail operator.  Our scope included: 
 
• Budgeting and Sourcing of retail supplies and branded collateral,
• Merchandise purchasing and Vendor Management,
• Point Of Sales (POS) system,
• Build Out: Merchandise/ Inventory check-in, merchandise preparation and visual merchandising,
• On-site store management,
• Break down/ product return and final sales reports
